• 2020年4月～9月のCOVID-19感染拡大下において、収入の低下、生活必需品を買えない金欠、家計への不安は、心身の健康状態の悪化と相関していた

• 非就労者においてのみ、経済的搾取（個人の資産を許可なく第三者に使われる）と心身の健康状態の悪化に相関が見られた

• 回答者の13.6％が10万円特別定額給付金を受け取っていないと回答しており、給付金の個人への分配が各家庭内で停滞していた可能性が示唆された

Highlights:

• During April–September, 2020, COVID-19-related income loss, money shortage, and financial anxiety predicted deterioration of physical/mental health in Japan.

• Regardless of whether pre-existing or newly induced, money shortage and financial anxiety were associated with adverse health outcomes.

• Financial exploitation was associated with deterioration of physical/mental health only among non-working individuals.
